<p>Marcus George joined CHS in 1997, was promoted to Managing Director in 2003 and Partner in 2007. Prior to joining CHS, he was with Heller Financial, Inc. in the Corporate Finance Group and KPMG. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. George is a key member of the CHS Infrastructure & Industrial Products team and serves on the Board of Directors of American Asphalt & Grading Company, Gundle/SLT Environmental, Inc., KBA Holdings, Inc. and Waddington North America, Inc.</p>
<p> Ed Lhee joined CHS in 1997, was promoted to Managing Director in 2003 and Partner in 2007. Prior to joining CHS, he was with Morgan Stanley & Company in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Departments. He holds a B.S. and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. Mr. Lhee is a key member of the CHS Business & Consumer Services team and serves on the Board of Directors of HWF Holdings LLC, Suture Express, Inc., Acton Mobile Industries and Swank Audio Visuals, LLC.</p>
<p> Krista Hatcher joined CHS in 1999, was promoted to Vice President in 2003 and Principal in 2007. Prior to joining CHS, she was with the investment banking firm of J.P. Morgan & Company, Incorporated. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Ms. Hatcher is a key member of the CHS Consumer Products team and serves on the Board of Directors of Rinker Boat Company LLC, Mainline Supply Company and Woodstream Corporation.</p>
<p> Robert Hogan joined CHS in 2000, was promoted to Vice President in 2003 and Principal in 2007. Prior to joining CHS, he was with Lehman Brothers, Inc. in the Corporate Finance Department and the United States Central Intelligence Agency. He holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. Mr. Hogan is a key member of the CHS Distribution team and serves on the Board of Directors of LVI Services, Inc., Houston Wire & Cable Company and SunSource Holdings, Inc.</p>
<p> Doug Knoch joined CHS in 2000, was promoted to Vice President in 2003 and Principal in 2007. Prior to joining CHS, he was with Mesirow Financial in the Corporate Finance Department and Arthur Andersen, LLP. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Knoch is a key member of the CHS Distribution team and serves on the Board of Directors of Kranson Holdings, Inc., Penhall International Corporation and TruckPro, Inc.</p>
