<p>GLENDALE, California — American Reprographics Company (NYSE: ARP), the nation's leading provider of reprographic services and technology with more than 190 locations across the U.S. today announced its acquisition of Queen City Reprographics, a privately held company.</p>
<p>Queen City Reprographics, founded in 1908 with headquarters in Cincinnati, OH provides a wide array of reprographic services consistent with the service offerings of American Reprographics Company. Queen City Reprographics' annual revenue in 2004 was approximately $14.0 million. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.</p>
<p>S. "Mohan" Chandramohan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ARC said, "Queen City is a strategic acquisition for the Company. We view its leadership position in the region as an excellent platform from which to extend our presence into new markets, including southern Ohio, northern Kentucky and the Indianapolis metropolitan area."</p>
<p>"We are delighted to have them on board. It was clear to us that the strong local leadership, dedicated employees and loyal customer base was an excellent strategic fit with ARC's operations," concluded Mohan.</p>
