<p>Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC has completed a majority equity investment in Baker Tanks through CHS Fund IV.</p>
<p>Baker Tanks is a leading supplier of containment rental equipment. The company maintains an inventory of over 15,000 pieces of equipment including steel tanks, polyethylene tanks, intermodal and roll-off container/boxes, pumps, pipes, hose and fittings, tank trailers, berms and filtration products. These products are rented by over 6,000 customers in more than 20 industries for a multitude of applications.</p>
<p>CHS plans to work with Baker management to build upon the company’s impressive record of growth and profitability. Strategies include broadening the company’s product offering and enhancing existing market positions in tanks, pumps and filtration equipment. Acquisitions will be considered to expand Baker’s footprint, leverage existing distribution and add to product mix.</p></td>
