<p>Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Danielle C. Cupps and Krista M. Hatcher to Vice President from Associate effective 7/1/03.</p>
<p>Ms. Cupps joined CHS from Goldman Sachs in 2000 and holds an A.B. degree from Harvard College and an M.M. from Northwestern University. While at CHS, Dani has successfully assisted with the management of numerous investments including Tharco Container, Western Nonwovens, and Houston Wire and Cable. Dani was instrumental in the execution of the sale of Utiliserve, and she was a key member of the CHS team that recently completed the acquisition of Otis Spunkmeyer.</p>
<p>Ms. Hatcher joined CHS in late 1999 and holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Prior to completing her masters degree, Krista worked at JP Morgan. Krista has been a key member of the May Logistics, Connor Sports Flooring and Beacon teams at CHS. At Beacon, Krista and her team have closed five acquisitions to help create the one of the largest roofing supply distributions companies in the country.</p></td>
