<h2>Karl Willig </h2>
<h3>President & Chief Executive Officer </h3>
<p>Karl Willig joined Mission Linen Supply as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2009. Previously Karl was founding President and CEO of InfoGenesis, a company that became a leading worldwide developer of information systems for the hospitality industry. Karl earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree from The College of Idaho, but he attributes his real education to life as an enlisted man and commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. At Mission Linen, Karl’s goals are to grow the company’s business, strengthen operations and continue our first-rate customer service. Karl also serves as the Chairman of the Board at the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission, an organization devoted to bringing education and spiritual resources to men, women and children in need, and he is an active volunteer for the local council of the Boy Scouts of America.</p>
<h2>Anne Wilson</h2>
<h3> Chief Financial Officer </h3>
<p>Anne joined Mission Linen Supply in 2004. She is responsible for all aspects of financial management and leading the company toward greater growth and profitability. Before coming to Mission Linen Supply, Anne managed finances for several large corporations, including Fidelity National Information Systems and KPMG, a global network of firms providing audit, tax, and advisory services. Anne is a CPA and received her degree in Accounting from Wayne State University in Michigan. </p>
<h2>Mark Whitten </h2>
<h3>Vice President, Sales </h3>
<p>Mark is responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the sales team at Mission Linen Supply. During his thirty-two years with the company, Mark has been a strong leader and innovator who enjoys new challenges and the camaraderie of his fellow workers. He has been instrumental in building a sales management team, as well as new programs in cost containment, training and accountability. Mark has a degree in Business Administration from Allan Hancock College and is a graduate of the UTSA Executive Management Institute. </p>
<h2>Steve Kulchin </h2>
<h3>Vice President, Human Resources </h3>
<p>As Vice President, Human Resources, Steve is responsible for a team that oversees the recruitment, training and overall well-being of nearly three thousand Mission Linen employees. In his fifteen years with Mission Linen Supply, Steve has built a strong HR organization focused on establishing sound employee relations, developing effective managers and improving individual and team performance. Steve has a B.A. in Public Administration from San Diego State University. A long distance runner who ran the Boston Marathon in 2009 and 2011, Steve regards encouraging people to do great work to be the most rewarding part of his job. </p>
<h2>Tony Mancuso </h2>
<h3>Vice President Corporate Services </h3>
<p>Tony’s diverse Corporate Services team is responsible for Purchasing, Information Technology, Real Estate and Legal Affairs. Formerly our Director of Information Technology, Tony has been with Mission Linen Supply since 2001, and most enjoys working with so many talented people. While Director of IT Tony was instrumental in the Company's initial SAP implementation and subsequent upgrade. Tony is a CPA, has a degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a member of the UTSA IT Steering Committee, as well as a member of ASUG (America's SAP Users Group). An avid basketball player and fan, Tony enjoys spending time with his family when he’s not hard at work for Mission Linen. </p>
<h2>Curtis Lopez </h2>
<h3>Director Purchasing </h3>
<p>Curtis is responsible for securing and servicing national account contracts and overseeing their distribution. In his twenty-two years with Mission Linen Supply, Curtis has held a variety of positions that give him a broad perspective on the company and its operation. Curtis has been recognized frequently for his contributions, managing both linen and industrial operations for Mission Linen Supply. When he’s not working, Curtis enjoys play music, tennis and golf. </p>
<h2>Ismael Castro </h2>
<h3>Director Engineering </h3>
<p>Ismael has more than twenty-five years in the laundry rental industry. His focus is on research and implementation of new equipment and processes that improve safety and reduce the cost of labor, energy and utilities. Ismael directs new construction and oversees refurbishing older facilities, including introducing automated and state-of-the-art equipment. Ismael obtained his technical training from the Universal Technical Institute of Phoenix, Arizona and is proud to be responsible for improving Mission Linen’s technical operations.</p>
<h2>Don Bock </h2>
<h3>Director Risk Management </h3>
<p>Don's role is to promote risk reduction measures through a corporate appreciation of the dignity of the individual worker. An employee with Mission Linen Supply since 1981, Don is responsible for reducing OSHA recordable injuries to single digits. He has established programs to promote worksite safety, management accountability, KMI incentives, and safe driver programs. A nationally recognized speaker at Safety and Risk Management conferences, Don has received many industry awards, including the Liberty Mutual Vice President's Safety Award and Golden Gate Recognition from Cal OSHA. Don has a B.A. in Political Science from California State University and considers working with wonderful people to be the greatest reward of his job. </p>
<h2>Dave Pattison </h2>
<h3>Director IT </h3>
<p>Dave has been an employee with Mission Linen Supply for ten years, during which time he has participated in the implementation of virtually all of the company’s new technology. An innovative thinker with an appreciation for our company’s practical challenges, Dave is always looking for new and better ways to take advantage of technology. He has a degree in Economics from UCSB, and once designed a software product that was sold to Cisco Systems. </p>
<h2>Kim Garden </h2>
<h3>Director Marketing </h3>
<p>Kim brings to her position a wealth of expertise in strategic marketing, marketing communications and customer relationship management. Prior to joining Mission Linen Supply in 2007, Kim led marketing and communications teams at Fidelity Investments, Cleanwise and Lexia Learning Systems. Throughout her career she has played a role in developing innovative and successful marketing campaigns to increase profit margins and improve brand identities. Kim has a B.A. in Business from Hartwick College and an M.A. in Communications from Emerson College. </p>
