<li>At the Fresh Pond rotary take the first exit onto Alewifebrook Parkway. You will pass Whole Foods on your right. </li>
<li>Follow Alewife Brook Parkway to Route 2 West. </li>
<li>Proceed for approximately 5 miles. </li>
<li>Take Exit 54A Waltham Street, Waltham. </li>
<li>When exiting stay in left lane, and take a left at the stop sign, this is Hayden Avenue.</li>
<li>Continue on Hayden Avenue until you see 100 on your left. You will see the AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. sign.</li>
<li>At stop sign continue straight to our parking lot, you will pass by our main entrance on left. </li>

<li>Airport Road to Boston via Sumner Tunnel. There is a toll inbound to Boston. Out of tunnel go straight and then right up the ramp onto I-93 North. </li>
<li>Take I-93 North to second exit (1/2 mile) onto Storrow Drive West. </li>
<li>Follow Storrow Drive West (5 miles to Fresh Pond Parkway - Route 16. (Harvard Stadium will be on your left, bear right over river to Cambridge.) </li>
<li>Follow signs for Route 16 and Route 2. Continue about 2 miles on Route 16. Road will make a sharp left turn and follow 1/4 mile until you come to the Fresh Pond rotary. </li>
