<span style="font-family: Verdana"><font size="2">The Needham Youth Commission
offers a Fee Assistance Program for Needham individuals and families
who cannot afford to participate in the department�s programs or
services. The purpose of this is to ensure that all Needham youth
and families have an opportunity to participate in Youth Commission
programs/services without regard to their ability to pay.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-left:3.0pt; margin-top:1; margin-bottom:1">

<span style="font-family: Verdana"><font size="2">In order to become eligible, the
individual or family must submit a letter to the Director of the
Needham Youth Commission stating the parent�s name, child�s name (if
it is a program that the child would like to enroll in), home
address, home telephone number, and the fact that they cannot afford
services. This letter is good for one year, and a new letter must be
submitted if assistance is needed the following year. This program
is not available to non-residents.</font></span></p>
