Community Housing Study Committee invite you to a town-wide meeting where
a presentation will be made of the </font><u><font color="#000000">Draft
Needham Community Housing Plan</font></u><font color="#000000">. The
meeting is the last in a series of three public meetings, concluding in
the development of an </font></font><font size="2" color="#000000">
affordable housing plan for the community. The meeting will be held on
</font></span><font color="#000000"><span style="font-family: Times New">
<font size="2"><b>Tuesday, December 9, 2003, from 7:15 PM to 9:45 PM</b>
in the Performance Center at the Broadmeadow School.</font></span></font></font></p>

Plan incorporates input received from previous town-wide workshops held on
May 29 and June 23, as well as ongoing meetings with the Comprehensive
Community Housing Study Committee. </span></font></p>

<span style="font-family: Times New">At the meeting the Comprehensive
Community Housing Study Committee will present the Draft Community Housing
Plan, which includes a statement of goals and specific recommendations for
short and long term actions to address the Town�s affordable housing
needs. The purpose of the meeting is to solicit public comments and
suggestions, which will be incorporated into the final housing plan to be
completed in early January. The meeting will be a hands-on session with
plenty of opportunity to review and discuss the proposed recommendations.
The consult team of Phil Herr and Karen Sunnarborg, as well as members of
the Comprehensive Community Housing Study Committee will be on hand to
answer questions and discuss all aspects of the plan. </span></font></p>
