simplest and safest aerobic exercises you can do. It will help
strengthen your bones, control your weight, and condition your heart and
lungs. Being consistent in your walking exercise routine is one of the
most important factors in developing a healthy physical activity
program. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 1px 5px">By registering for the
<span style="font-family:"Arial Black"">WALK</span><span style="font-family:"Arial Rounded MT Bold"">TOBER</span>
program you will receive a packet of helpful information to get you
started and keep you motivated. Walktober Wednesday Walks in Needham
will begin on October 5 and end on October 26, 2005. Upon registration
you will receive the specific time, dates, and locations of each walk.
The walks vary from 1 to 2.5 miles and take place at different times of
day. Registration Fee is $5.00. </p>
