play on one of the courts, use is limited to one hour, and the
following process is used.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>At
each court, a designated number has been hung.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</span>On the court marked <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">00,
</b>the court must clear for the next use <u><b>on the hour</b></u>;
on the court marked <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:
normal">15, </b>the court must clear for the next use at <u><b>quarter past the
hour</b></u>; on the court marked <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">30,
</b>the court must clear for the next used at <u><b>half past the
hour</b></u>; and on the court marked <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">45,</b>
the court must clear for the next use at <u><b>45 minutes past the
hou</b>r</u>.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Do not
start on a court with less than one hour of time if there is a line
forming for use.</font><!--mstheme--></font></td>
