appointed by the Selectmen who meet once a month to discuss Human Right
concerns in Needham. While there are 15 �official� members of the
committee, any and all are welcome to come and join as �associate�. The
NHRC is anyone who would like to come and share in the work.</font></p>

by supporting diversity awareness programs and events throughout the
town. The committee also addresses discrimination concerns through
informal mediation as well as through an outreach and complaint
resolution program. Anyone with a discrimination concern in Needham is
encouraged to share that concern with the NHRC.</font></p>

of the Anti defamation league. It is a program where a town, or other
organization works to create a hate free community. This is done
through many different kinds of programs. The No Place For Hate
designation needs to be reapplied for each year. </font></p>
