does not offer direct on line payment of bills. However, if you are
currently paying through an independent service or bank you can
utilize that service or bank to pay your bills. It is imperative
that you enter the correct information when inputting the payment.
You should have a drop down box within which you can select tax,
utilities etc. For Motor Vehicle Excise, Real Estate and Personal
Property select tax and enter the bill number located in the upper
right corner of the bill. For Water/ Sewer payments enter the
account number which is located one third down on the left side of
your bill, Enter the bill number only. For Water/Sewer payments
please include the dash. Also please address the payment to Town of
Needham, P.O. Box 920636, Needham MA 02492. You have been provided
instructions and a sample with your bill.</font><!--mstheme--></font></td>
