Public Meeting</font></b></u><font face="Verdana" size="1"><br>

The PPBC hired DiNisco Design Partnerships to do our second Master Plan
for public facilities. The initial plan was done in the late 1990's and
several projects were completed from that plan, including the Needham
Public Library, Broadmeadow School and Eliot School - partially
completed Needham High School - and some other smaller projects. <br>
<br>
For any of you who have participated in some of the discussions, the
Master Plan is a complex puzzle. DiNisco has developed some creative
concepts, and will be presenting those at the public meeting. <br>
<br>
Everyone is welcome to provide input into the draft concepts, so that
the final plan - due later this fall - will reflect the best of what we
can do. <br>
<br>
The Master Plan study has concentrated on: Town Hall, Department of
Public Works, the Senior Center, School Administration/Emery Grover,
middle school overcrowding, High Rock use, Mitchell and Hillside
renovations, and Emergency Management. </font>
