their meeting of September 28, 2004, to open up the Recycling &
Transfer Station (RTS) for the disposal of yard waste to Contractors
and Landscapers working in the Town of Needham. The rates for the
disposal of yard waste approved by the Board of Selectmen are as

Vehicles will be required to weigh in and weigh out with each load

<font face="Verdana" size="2">Any contractor wishing to utilize the
Needham Recycling & Transfer Station for the disposal of yard waste will
be required to purchase a <a href="DPWRTSDisposalStickerFees.htm">commercial disposal sticker</a>. Stickers are
available at the Needham Town Hall, 1471 Highland Avenue, in the
Treasurer�s Office. The disposal stickers are valid from January 1<sup>st</sup>
to December 31<sup>st</sup>. Any sticker purchased after July 1<sup>st</sup>,
will be prorated.</font></p>

OF AT THE NEEDHAM RECYCLING & TRANSFER STATION WILL BE FREE FROM ALL FORMS
OF CONTAMINATES (ROCKS, METAL, TRASH, ETC.). ANY CONTRACTOR WHO DISPOSES
OF YARD WASTE MATERIAL CONTAINING CONTAMINATES MAY HAVE THEIR TIPPING
PRIVILEGES REVOKED.</b></font></p>

construction materials available for sale <b><span style="color:#3366FF">

Price List)</a>.</b> Materials available for sale include 1 ��
Compactable Fill, 2�-4� Drainage Stone, 4�+ Rip Rap, Screened Compost and
Screened Loam. With your purchase of a disposal sticker, your company
will automatically be set up with direct billing. For each transaction
(disposal or purchase) your company will be issued an invoice. Upon
receipt of your invoice, your company will have 30 days to remit payment
