The Town of Wellesley Municipal Light Plant (WMLP) is installing
electrical conduit and manholes to satisfy the growing need of electricity
for the Town of Wellesley, as well as the growing electricity need of
several Needham customers.</font></p>

has exhausted the electric capacity of the New England Power/Boston Edison
(NEP/BECO) Electric Substation #292 in Newton thus WMLP needs to use NEP/BECO
Electric substation #148 located in Needham on Chestnut St. btw Hartney
Greymont Tree Co. & Roche Bros. Supermarket & Railroad bridge.</font></p>
