normally on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
Filing deadlines are normally one month in advance of the
meeting. Please confirm dates with the office. Meetings are
open to the public and are taped by Community Cable. Meetings
are often held at the Needham Public Library Community or other

members, appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The Board hears
petitions for Special Permits, Variances, Comprehensive Permits
under M.G.L. Chapter 40B, and appeals of the decision of the
