be applied to your property tax if you meet the qualifications for low
income elderly or disabled as defined by Massachusetts law.
Qualifications vary, but generally relate to age, ownership, residency,
disability, income and assets.</font></p>

for your convenience, applications are available at the Council on Aging
(Senior Center), 83 Pickering Street Needham.</font></span></p>
