Board of Assessors has completed the revaluation program for all real and
personal property in the Town of Needham for Fiscal Year 2006. The
proposed Fiscal Year 2006 real estate and personal property valuations
will be on display for public inspection starting December 7, 2005. All
valuations will be available for review at the Assessors Office, Town Hall
1471 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA 02492. Property owners who have
questions concerning their proposed valuation should contact the Board of
Assessors at 781-455-7507 between the hours 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. All
proposed property valuations are subject to final review and approval by
the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.</font></p>
