<P><B>WINTERSWIJK - L'association des carillonneurs n�erlandais (Nederlandse Klokkenspel Vereniging) organisait le vendredi 7 septembre 2001, en coop�ration avec la fondation pour le carillon de la tour Jacob, un concours international de carillon sur le carillon de la tour Jacob � Winterswijk. Le carillon fondu en 1993 par Royal Petit & Fritsen � Aarle-Rixtel, se compose de 48 cloches selon la r�partition es<sup>1</sup> (c<sup>1</sup>) – f<sup>1</sup> – chrom. – es<sup>5</sup>, et poss�de un clavier au standard europ�en.</B></P>
<P><FONT color="#FF0000"><B>LE CONCOURS</B></FONT><BR>Le concours commen�a � 13 heures et se termina � environ 22 heures. Douze carillonneurs ont concouru dans deux cat�gories. A - carillonneurs dipl�m�s et B - carillonneurs sans dipl�me. Les candidats de la cat�gorie A pouvaient choisir comme oeuvre impos�e soit <I>Passacaglia</I> compos�e par Jos Lerinckx (1920-2000) soit <I>Exodus</I> de David Harold Cox. Les candidats pour la cat�gorie B devaient jouer deux oeuvres impos�es: <I>Reflexions</I> de Gary White (1937- ) et <I>Th�me et variations</I> de Staf Nees (1901-1965).</P>
<P><FONT color="#FF0000"><B>JURY</B></FONT><BR>Le jury �tait compos� de Geert D'hollander (pr�sident), Roel Smit, Joke Brandsma, Leon van der Eijk et de Hans Barten. L'apr�s-midi le temps �tait acceptable mais le soir il commen�a � pleuvoir. Le jury, assis en plein air, eut un moment difficile.</P>
<P><FONT color="#FF0000"><B>PRIX</B></FONT><BR>Anne Kroeze de Emmeloord re�ut le premier prix en cat�gorie A. Le second prix fut attribu� � Henk Veldman d'Amersfoort. En cat�gorie B, il y avait seulement deux prix � pr�senter. Le premier prix fut attribu� � Nan Los de Veldhoven et le second prix � Esther Schopman de Enschede.</P>
