<p class=MsoNormal>The Technical Administration Subcommittee is a subcommittee
of the AAS Space Flight Mechanics Committee. The purpose is to facilitate the
administration of the technical program of the Space Flight Mechanics
Committee�s conferences. There are two conferences held each year, the Space
Flight Mechaincs Meeting held in the Winter and the Astrodynamics Conference
held in the Summer.</p>

<p class=MsoNormal><b>Membership<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><![if !supportEmptyParas]> <![endif]><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Membership shall consist of members of the AAS Space Flight
Mechanics Committee who are<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</span>chairing, have chaired or in other ways have an interest in the
technical program of the conferences.</p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Technical chairmen from the past conferences, the immediate
conference and the<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>designated
chairmen for future conferences are strongly encouraged to participate in this
subcommittee to facilitate the transfer of information from one conference to
