The following files and information is provided for chairmen of AAS Space Flight Mechanics Conferences. Before a conference chairman invests time developing a letter or spreadsheet, it would probably be worthwhile to look through this library of information. What you need is probabley here somewhere.

     <li>Forms.xls - forms for registration,  paper sales, etc.</li>
     <li>Admit1.doc and Drink Cert.doc - coupons are useful to have for special functions.</li>
     <li>Misc Info.doc - has the instructions, speaker breakfast items to cover, etc.</li>
     <li>Paper signs.doc - numbers needed for the paper room to place the papers on. It's a WORD document and should renumber - but that may be tricky.</li>
     <li> Program signs.doc -  are needed for the the room search day.  </li>
    <li>The call for papers (Word and PDF draft to AIAA).  </li>
