<h2>Visa Information</h2>
<p>Conference participants are responsible for reviewing and complying with the Canadian visa requirements applicable to their country of citizenship.
As this conference is being held outside the United States, the organizers are not able to provide official visa support or invitation letters. However, participants may use their abstract acceptance email as supporting documentation for their visa application.
Prior to the conference, registration confirmation is provided via the emailed invoice. If needed, we can also provide a letter at the conference confirming registration and attendance.
