below), the originality of the work and ideas, and the anticipated interest in

Completed manuscripts are to be electronically uploaded to the web site prior
to the conference in PDF format, be no more than twenty pages in length, and
conform to the AAS paper format. If the completed manuscript is not contributed
on time, then it will not be presented at the conference and will not appear in
the conference proceedings.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>Any
paper which is not presented for any reason will be considered to be withdrawn
