These reviews can require four (4) months or more. If the completed manuscript is not contributed on time, then there shall be no conference presentation; if there is no conference presentation by an author, then the contributed manuscript shall be withdrawn. Prior to presentation, the presenting author shall also provide the session chair with a short biographical sketch and, if necessary, a camera-ready paper copy of the manuscript.</span></div>
