Binning - Naval Research Laboratory</h4> <h2> Abstract </h2> The Naval Research Laboratory's orbit determination software OCEAN processes GPS pseudoranges for relative satellite to satellite navigation. A number of algorithms are developed which are used to quantify relative position errors. The software consists of an extended Kalman filter and a backwards discrete smoother.
