 will discuss the results obtained in the optical testing of the 6470 hypervelocity debris fragments.  The testing procedure utilized in this set of experiments will be discussed, as will the analysis of the data.   A new albedo-phase function for optical observations will be proposed, and its accuracy will be examined.  Statistics on the accuracy of this new equation will also be presented.<br><br>
