He could not obtain financing because of recent personal and business bankruptcies.  </p>

<p class="tombstones">The Principal owned a separate entity in Arizona that had an Outdoor Advertising Billboard Structure that was leased to Viacom Outdoor.  There was 19 years remaining on the lease with Viacom Outdoor.</p>






<p class="tombstones"><font color="#058063"><b>Creative Financing Solution:</b></font><br>
Asset Enhancement Solutions, LLC ("AES") arranged a $1,000,000 Term Loan with a financial institution willing to use the future payment stream from Viacom Outdoor as the basis for making the loan.  The Billboard Company assigned to the lender, its rights and interest in the agreement with Viacom Outdoor including its rights to receive future lease payments.  The Company was given the option to repay the loan after four years without penalty.</p>
