<li> Second PPP loans may be obtained if businesses can show that there was a reduction in gross revenue of at least 30% in at least one quarter of 2020 versus that quarter in 2019 </li>
<li> Businesses in operation for only part of 2019 or even businesses that started during 2020 may be eligible </li>
<li> Eligibility will be limited to businesses with fewer than 300 employees or meet an alternative size standard</li>
<li> Maximum loan amount will be $2 million
<li> Certain 501(c)6 organizations (less than 150 employees and not lobbying organizations) will now be eligible</li>
<li> Forgivable expenses are expanded to include cost of facility modifications and PPE to operate safely</ul>
<h1 style="text-align:center; font-size:26px; color:#346633; font-weight; 600;">Following is a list of information applicants need to prepare to meet the additional requirements of the second round of PPP so they can be ready when lenders start accepting applications.</h1>
<ul style="text-align:left;font-family:arial;color:#000000;font-size:15px;width:700px;">
<li> Quarterly Payroll and number of employees (copies of IRS Quarterly Forms 941 and payroll records)</li>
<li> Summary of revenue by month, subtotaled by quarter for 2019 and 2020. To be eligible, must be able to show a minimum reduction in revenue of 30% in any quarter of 2020 compared to 2019. Financial records should support these revenue numbers.</li>
<li> Monthly bank statements for 2019 and 2020</li> </ul>
