Laurie has acquired extensive experience in accounting, taxation, special projects and financial reporting
over her 14-year career, nine years of which have been in public accounting, with five years in industry. Her experience
spans a variety of industries including hospitality, professional services, retail, medical, nonprofit, real
estate development and home builders. Laurie's experience includes serving as accounting division head of
various full-service hotel properties for an international hotel chain, and evaluation of small business
accounting needs, including evaluation of internal control procedures. She has created documentation and
recommendations related to flow of accounting information and training of client personnel. Laurie also has
supervised and reviewed monthly, quarterly and annual accounting service work and compilation of financial
statements (with emphasis on coordination of information received from client personnel and timely delivery
of financial statements for client utilization). She has performed and reported on agreed-upon procedure
engagements and other special projects, including capital, cash and operating short-term and long-term budgeting
and forecasting; and tax planning, compliance preparation and review of individual, partnership, corporation,
trust, estate, fiduciary, property, payroll and sales and use state and federal tax returns. She also taught
college-level accounting as an adjunct professor for five years. She received Bachelor of Science and Master of
Science degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University and currently is licensed in Oklahoma.</FONT><BR>
