<p class="style31"> Please make your own hotel reservation by June 20, 2013. Making your hotel
reservation is your responsibility and is NOT included in your Conference
Registration Fee. </p>
<h4 class="style31">Conference Cancellations</h4>
<p class="style31">If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the conference office immediately. Provided written notice is received by <strong>2 July 2013</strong>, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by <strong>16 July 2013</strong>, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after <strong>16 July 2013</strong>, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.</p>
<p class="style31">In the unlikely event that the MMC organizing committee shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. The MMC organizing committee shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.</p>

<p class="style31">*The academic rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute. **Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a <strong><u>signed letter from the head of department attesting to student status</u></strong>.</p>
<p class="style31">Authors and delegates are requested to register by 2 May 2013 to ensure their papers are included in the final program. Authors not registered by this date will have their paper removed from the program. </p>
