<p class="style31">The MMC Poster Session is a vital part of the MMC Meeting. We invite you to submit an abstract for the poster presentation which will be held during the cocktail reception on Tuesday, August 13th, 2013. An abstract submission and author registration must accompany your poster presentation.</p>

<p class="style31">Due to limited space and the importance of representing diverse work, poster abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the MMC-15:2013 Organizing Committee. The list of accepted posters will be announced.</p>

<ul type="disc">
<li class="style31">Posters will be limited to 3 feet (91 cm) high x 4 feet (121 cm) wide. Each poster will be assigned a number in advance so that you will know where to place your poster.</li>
<li class="style31">Posters will be displayed on 4-foot-high by 8-foot-wide display boards </li>
<li class="style31">Space for the poster reception is limited. The poster boards are contiguous. Posters must be presented using the poster boards provided by the Conference. </li>
<li class="style31">Poster numbers supplied by the MMC organizing committee will be in the upper corner of each poster board, and this number corresponds with the number assigned to each poster in the technical program. </li>
<li class="style31">We encourage you to bring 8.5” x 11” (or A4) copies of your poster, informational brochures and business cards for handout. </li>
<li class="style31">No audio/visual equipment will be allowed for poster presentation (No electrical outlets will be available). </li>
<li class="style31">Authors must remain with their posters for the duration of their scheduled session as indicated in the technical program. All posters must remain up until the session ends and then must be removed within one hour. </li>
<li class="style31">The MMC-15 Organizing Committee cannot assume responsibility for materials beyond these time limits.</li>
