<td width="682"><h2 class="style32">Oral Presenters Instructions </h2>
<p class="style31">Here are key guidelines to assist you prior to your arrival in Greenville, SC for the MMC-15:2013 Meeting.</p>
<p class="style31">Because of the large number of oral presentations, the tight schedule between presentations and the need for participants to move between parallel sessions, the organizers have requested that ALL presentations be downloaded to the single resident AV technician�s laptop WELL IN ADVANCE of each presentation � <u>and that presentations not to be attempted using the presenter�s own laptop</u>.</p>
<p class="style31">Accordingly, oral presenters are asked to:</p>
<ol>
<li class="style31"><strong>Download your MS PowerPoint presentation with the help of the technician in your respective rooms.</strong></li>
<li class="style31"><strong>Do this as soon as possible upon arrival at the Conference, and at least two hours before the relevant session.</strong></li>
<li class="style31"><strong>Use your talk’s position number and surname (lastname) at the beginning of your filename. Hence, if you are the third presenter in your session and your surname is Smith, your file name should begin with <span class="style61">3_Smith*.ppt(x)</span> and be placed in that Session’s Folder.</strong></li>
</ol>
<p class="style31">You are kindly reminded <strong>to be in the appropriate meeting room no later than 20 minutes before the start of your session</strong> so that you may meet with the session chair and to finalize the set-up of your presentation visuals with the room technician.</p>
<p class="style31">If you do have specific AV requirements (e.g. video files, flash, etc.), please let the technician know well ahead of time so that together, you two can ensure that your presentation goes smoothly.</p>
