range of microfabricated chips and devices is intended to serve the needs
of most biomedical, electrochemical and materials researchers. Occasionally, however, there may be need for
alternative designs, that is, a unique arrangement or pattern of
electrodes on glass or other substrates. Under these
circumstances ABTECH is willing to work with our customers to
produce custom designs and engage in custom production of chips

<FONT FACE="Verdana"><FONT SIZE=2 STYLE="font-size: 9pt">1) A detailed schematic and a comprehensive list of any required specifications.</FONT></FONT>
<FONT FACE="Verdana"><FONT SIZE=2 STYLE="font-size: 9pt">2) A payment of USD 500.00 to engage you in the development of the design, resulting in a quotation for the process of custom die production.
<FONT FACE="Verdana">3) We will develop detailed CAD drawings of your two layers. (More layers possible at increased cost)
4) Estimate your yield of die, and
5) Provide you a schedule and cost of production.</FONT></FONT></FONT></PRE>

<FONT FACE="Verdana"><FONT SIZE=2 STYLE="font-size: 9pt">4) Mask design (typically two layers)</FONT></FONT>
